3D Render. This was a test to see if we could make real-time geometry look painterly as you walk through the scene. Working with Tomas Arce as programmer, this was also created as a quick real-time demo. Paul Haskins originally did the texture on the fence. This was set up so that the textures became more painterly as you move away from them in the scene.
