medium Amy Dylan still struggles to cope with the premature death
of her beloved husband over ten years ago. She harbors guilt over
not having done more to save him, and seeks to soothe that guilt
by giving back to the community through her popular radio talk show.
 Amy
is shaken by a disturbing vision of an eighteen-year-old male
being abducted and held captive by a brutal, unseen assailant.
There's something familiar about the young man, though Amy is
confident they've never met. When the local news identifies him
as Jared Chambers, the son of local resident and businessman Tom
Chambers, Amy is stunned.
She and Tom share a past - a past with ties to the origins of
her psychic abilities. Tom has no knowledge of Amy's abilities
or his connection to their origins, and the revelation could tear
his vulnerable family apart. Amy offers her assistance, facing
skepticism from Tom and hostility from his family.
Undeterred, she presses ahead for answers. Another vision provides
the police with their first viable lead and fuels speculation
of her potential involvement in Jared's disappearance. Amy finds
herself in the media's crosshairs and targeted by Jared's elusive
captor.
If Jared's going to survive, Amy must not only take the battle
